Welcome to the UCR Library Event Management System
This system is used to track participation in library events, workshops, and activities.
For Event Participants
Check-in to Events
If you're attending a library event, you can check-in using:
- QR Code: Scan the QR code provided at the event and login with your UCR credentials
- Card Swipe: Swipe your UCR ID card at the event
- Guest Check-in: Manually enter your name and email if you don't have a UCR ID or UCR credentials
No registration required - just scan the QR code or swipe your card!
For Library Staff
System Access
Library staff with system roles can access:
- Event Management (Event Hosts)
- Participant Tracking (Event Hosts)
- Reports and Analytics (Report Runners)
- User Administration (Admins)
CAS authentication required for all staff functions
